Jeff, looks as though we are both a little dusty on our "Trekkie" knowledge. I forgot about the buffer tube retaining clips used on the Photon Torpedos!

Rocketfoot I noticed that in the multi - reply reply you BOLDED mine ! Not sure if I should edit and remove the line "hardware" info with the plating suffix, use the D00B-A service number or negate the BODY info (radiator section).
Anyway - first I saw this challenge AND Loved it !!

P.S. Going back to see 1.0/2.0/3.0 now

Seeing those clips reminded me. My 73 Mach 1 did not come with the deflector in there. They were probably out and just left it off. It has air also with the fat radiator. My 73 vert did have it. Try convincing MCA it came that way, lol.
Similar clip holds the AC vent on each side of the dash. Little smaller.
When a man is in the woods and talks and no women are there is he still wrong??
