What seat is this

the hole on the hinge is in the middle, Mustang seat hinges are on the edge, the frame and cover for mustang fit fine. But the hinge cover won’t fit, so I don't think is a mustang seat

You have an early 71 seat
There were 3 types of hinge covers
1st - had no hole just a snap in plastic tab [ looked like a plastic drywall anchor ] very early design
2nd version - had a screw going through the tab
3rd version - is the current screw on type


The early covers are hard to find.
You can epoxy a wall anchor to the back of the plastic trim - they never stayed on well though
Then you need to cut off the screw head and glue it in place to fill the hole in the plastic

It been a while but I think you and push the plastic as far down as possible then mark , drill and tap a new hole since it is offset
