What’s This Part?

So these little guys are on the door where it shuts. One on each side. It had some kind of rubber weather stripping maybe at some point we think? A guy who’s helping me with the interior said it’s maybe like a door rattle stopper? If anyone knows or where I can find them that would be awesome. Strip em clean, coat em a few layers of flexseal and reinstall?

"I love my Hookers!" and "Get some Strange" probably have a different connotation to non automotive enthusiasts!

That's nothing I've ever seen on a 71-73. Have a pic of where they attach?

I think that is the end of the door weatherstrip. That metal piece has rubber molded around it and one end of the weatherstrip has a sheet metal screw that attached to frame?

Either that or if it is the one on the pillar it is part of the roof-rail w-strip

I am voting that it is the end of the weather stripping on the door, just removed a couple last week when doing rust prevention on my drivers door.
