Weekly Fun Question for March 9, 2013
Good Day All!

Please note that VIP Members are not eligible to participate in this exercise as a different problem is being presented on the VIP WFQ Forum for your entertainment and "bragging rights."

Specifics on the Weekly Fun Question (WFQ), to include information on awards and prizes for Winners, can be found on the thread below.

http://www.7173mustangs.com/thread-what-...tion--5488

Please note that when you submit your response, it will not usually be viewable until I release all the responses at the end of the exercise.

The Problem:

Under which of the following circumstance(s) was the C4 transmission available from the "Factory."

a. 1973 H-Coded Hardtop

b. 1973 H-Coded Fastback

c. 1972 H-Coded Convertible

d. All of the above

This exercise will end at approximately 7:00 PM (CST) on Monday, March 11, 2013.

Good Luck!

BT
The desired response is "c. 1972 H-Coded Convertible" as that was the only year (during the 1971 - 1973 Mustang production period) where the 351-2V was available with the C4 transmission. Even so, there were only TWO (2) 351-2V 1973 Convertibles built with that option.
None

I don't think Ford ever put a C4 behind anything bigger than a 302 in the 71-73 Mustang platform, however I am prepared to be wrong.

73 conv. 460, D0VE large valve heads, Performer RPM manifold, Voodoo 227/233 cam, Holley 950 HP carb, C6 trans, 3.25 trak-loc.
