1. C and D
2. Avocado was only available on the 1973 hardtops and Medium Ginger was available on the 1971 and 1972 hardtops but not on the 1973 hardtops.
I am not 100% sure, but I am going to say that C. Avocado.

Rusty, a 1973 Mach 1, needs a lot of work.

Formerly, a 1973 Ford Mustang Coupe - a work in progress, then a car-b-qued banana.
Of the given options, not a single one was available on the Mustang hardtop in cloth/vinyl.
However, only two of the options spanned the entire three-year production run:
A. Black (code "CA" for black in cloth/vinyl)
B. Medum Blue (code "CB")
Those two were available in 1971, 1972, and 1973 under the same paint and trim code throughout the three years.
As for the others, Avocado was exclusively a 1973 color, while Medium Green was only offered in 1971 and 1972. Neither were available as cloth/vinyl in the hardtop.
