Timing Chain Cover
#1
It seems that the machine shop has lost my timing chaining cover.
A couple quick calls and no one locally has one for the Cleveland only the Windsor.

I'm assuming that are not the same?

I'm headed down to the machine shop to see if I can HELP them find it.

Tim

Thanks

Windsor timing cover is an aluminum casting - Cleveland is a flat stamped sheet metal part w/welded on pan seal channel. Very different.

I might have a spare 351C cover kicking around, shoot me a PM if it's truly lost.

Here's a link to one, so you can tell them what to look for

That's a pretty good price. I got my new one from Summit Racing and it was about double that cost. It did fit perfect.

They probably don't recognize it as a timing cover since it isn't much more than a flat piece with some holes.
