Great stuff but I cannot afford one.
This guy in this video has a unique process to remove sever rust without blasting or any caustic solutions.

Hope the link works he has I guess an Australian accent but sounds like he is using molasses to remove the rust.

So what does a 1000 watt laser cost? Best guess from what I have looked at is a about a quarter million dollars.

But I'm sure we could all chip in a few bucks and have one for forum member use only. If Eric had used it in his car, he wouldn't have had anything to weld to!
