Thanks to a Mustang Guy In Virginia
#1
I was browsing eBay one day several years ago and found an ad about a rear stabilizer bar for a 71 Mustang. While I was not in the market for that, I asked the seller if he had staggered shocks on the car because I needed a new drivers side upper shock mounting plate. He said the car did have staggered shocks and that it was a parts car sitting on a hill side. Long story short - he went out and cut that plate off of the donor car for me just as I had asked and shipped it to me. I had been looking for a plate for a long time. Now, he charged me a good price for his efforts but I appreciated his help and going the extra mile nonetheless. So it occurred to me that we have several members here from Virginia and that the guy I dealt with may be one of those members. If so, I thank you! I cleaned that plate up and now have it installed on my Mach 1 and for the first time in 20 years, my car has 4 shocks!
