Can anyone identify these two bright spots in the sky.

the moon and venus? u can load "sky view lite" free on phone. i have that one and the "goISSwatch" app too..

Pretty sure one of them was Venus, I was checking that out at dawn yesterday when I got to work. One of my coworkers is kind of a star nut and was pointing them out.

These is a A Super Blood Wolf Moon Eclipse that will turn the sky red on January 20-21st. Should be quiet a thing to see.

In February 2016 there was the added bonus of having Mercury aligned with Venus and the moon.
