sell whole or part out
OMS;60705 Wrote:"It was totally rebuilt Many Moons ago, and ran long enough to break in the cam. Hasnt been started since. Although I spun the oil pump about once a month to keep thing's oiled."

Depends where the motor was stored as to condition
Ran after rebuild means cylinders and valves were cleaned of assembly lube.
A couple of valves will be off thier seats, those valves and the cylinders are exposted to moisure. As after the motor was run, they were clean bare steel.
Turning the oil pump helped the bearings but not the open cylinders.

You may want to pull the spark plugs, squirt some oil into each cylinder and turn the motor with a breaker bar.

{thumbs up} Specialy if you live in a place where you have alot of moisture..steel rings and steel walls love to stick together after time..Little marvel mystery oil in each cylinder and turn it over with a breaker bar is what i would do to.
