Rims Mustang GT-2005
#1
Hi,

What do you think of the following?
Can buy these wheels (Mustang GT-2005) very cheap, but fits that central hole for the 1973 Mustang?
Tire size:235/55/98 w zr17 (5x4.5)

Maybe a stupid idea but cheap (300euro for 4 pcs with tires)?

I have the exact same rims......bought them so I could run snow tires on my 2008 bullitt, I also had the thought of putting them on my 73 in the summer.... I tried them and even posted a picture at one point....but to be honest.....they didn't look right.

Just my honest opinion.

Have to agree with Ken (whitesoc). They don't look near as cool as the original mags for 73 Mustangs. The repro Magnum 500 in the larger sizes look good too.

I will agree with Ken. They won´t look right in my opinion. Big rims on old cars work well if the style of the rim is a classic. But this is just too modern looking.
To make them fit you will need adapters anyway, so the hole/hub fitment won´t be an issue anyway.

Indeed ... it should not just be together.
I am searching for ways to to affordable, that Magnum rims are very nice but sending and importing (to Belgium) is so expensive.
Anyone know a cheaper way to get these rims to get, let me know?
Through Summit racing for example (no tires no lug nuts) only the wheels and center caps:
