I was thinking the original junction block looked like this one, only black. 

71fast, the link Don C provided to NPD is the correct suppressor for your car.The original C6OZ-18832-A (C6OA-18832-A) has been replaced a couple of times and had many engineering numbers. Since all the repo's are marked with the original "C6OA" number, there is no need to drown you in numbers.
The junction block you found at Summit is about as close as you are going to get to the production installed block which was black. The illustration is the original DOSZ-14448-A (Motorcraft DY-91). Time to get that card back out!

Don is correct. The one posted earlier was the wrong one. I am not sure how i did  that because I was looking at the one that plugs in. Sorry about that.
