Possible seat issue

I have only pulled the carpet back slightly, but I will take the seat out and see what the guy did. My Mach has Bomz seats in it, with one bolt in the front and no bolts in the back, i think he was using the rear seat belt anchor as the other seat bolt, however, that would cut someone in half so that just won't do.


I bought a decent set of stock front seats for $100, they will get me through this summer and I will get something better in winter.

My fear is he f'd with the seat risers. I will take the seat out later and look.

Can someone post me a pic of their bare floor where the front seats bolt in? I would really appreciate it

Appreciate the feedback. Still looks like there is some metal missing that the guy cut out, can someone please send a pic of their bare floor so I can look at the seat risers.

Low buck, touring style, '73 Convertible "rolling restoration", 351c, 2v heads with a shave and a haircut, Performer intake, Holley 650(ish), roller rockers, screw in studs, guideplates, stainless valves, Duraspark / Motorsports MSD, T-5 conversion. 1-1/8" front, 3/4" rear swaybars KYB shocks and some home brewed subframe connectors. Future plans; JGC steering box, Cobra brakes and... paint, interior, etc.

When I die I want to die like grandpa, peacefully in my sleep... not screaming, like his passenger.
