Paint removal from plastic parking light lenses?

Depending on how thick it is, you could try a non-abrasive liquid rubbing compound like 3M. Chuck

What kind of paint? Spray paint or overspray?

THanks, definately overspray from the cars original paint job i believe. im also seeing primer from previous jobs that were done. Not sure if any of it is spraypaint

I would try the Mequiars Headlight restorer that they use on the modern plastic headlights to clear them up. It appears to be some type of mild polishing compound.
