I received the message a couple of times a few days ago. Each time I tried again and had no problem. I have not had any problem since.

Is it still happening to you?

There are no known issues at the moment. You are definitely NOT locked out of the forums. I'm not sure what would cause these errors?? It could be an issue with your browser's settings...maybe Java is disabled or cookies turned off? I suggest trying a different browser such as FireFox or Chrome (or Internet Explorer if you are already using one of the others) This will give us an idea of what is going on.
