My 72 Q code conv
#1
Here is my invoice from Lois Eminger (now Marti):

The strange thing about the car is the standard driver's side door mirror vs dual racing mirrors. I almost changed it to the racing mirrors. Sure glad I didn't now! Smile I have heard there was a production shortage toward the end of the production year of racing mirrors and they decided to equip late 72 convertibles with the standard chrome one. Not completely understood but I am still looking!!!

Wow! That's a blast from the past. 13 gallons of gas for $5.20. That was back when a dollar would buy a lot more than it will today.

Rusty, a 1973 Mach 1, needs a lot of work.
Billy, a 1976 Ford Bronco, also needs a lot of work.

Bubba, my 1994 F150, daily driver
Formerly, a 1973 Ford Mustang Coupe - a work in progress, then a car-b-qued banana.

Yeah, I remember being able to fill up the tank for around $7.00 back then.

It's funny that the chrome mirror was standard, yet you hardly see any verts with them.
