Nope he is in Canada, this guy is in the Netherlands. Also this car has a black interior.

Looks like a nice car but 'concourse' must mean something else on the other side of the world. The suspension look beautiful but it isn't 'concourse'. Still, a fantastic looking car. I would love to see more pics.

Good Question, that is an unusual VIN unless it's something made up for the listing.
