I need help with this broken radio piece

I'm looking for this radio scale window (see pictures).
Can somebody help me... maybe a not working radio with a good glass. ( D3ZA-19A241-125 )

Looks like that radio is out of another Ford vehicle has the slide bar under the push buttons for front to rear balance. I do not have a spare one but there should be lots in junk yards in U.S..
See if one of the radio repair vendors in U.S. sells parts maybe.
