Congrats, and welcome from SoCal! Pretty car - you should have a blast with it!
As someone else mentioned, I wouldn't be too concerned about the non-factory items unless you're planning to go full concours with it; most of us alter our cars for safety, convenience, entertainment, and personal taste reasons anyway!

Here are a few pictures.  When I changed the license plate I noticed the original paper notice underneath.  I am amazed that it is still there after all these years.  Also digging the 1970s era Jesus fish bumper sticker.

The tie down plate notice is very cool. Don't think I have ever seen one still on a car before.

'73 Grandé H Code. Headman long tube headers, T-5 Transmission, 3.70 Traclok, Lowered 1" all around, Aussie 2v heads w/ 2.19 intake, 1.71 exhaust, screw in studs, full roller cam 608/612 lift 280/281 duration LSA 112, Quick Fuel 750 CFM double pumper, AirGap intake.

'73 F code convertible. Bright red. Needs total restore. (IE HOT MESS)

A few more pics.  I am pleased with the car.  It ran really rough, but a change of spark plugs and fuel filter helped a bunch.
