FPA makes a mid length header. That is what I am using.

I don't know if I'm lucky or what but, I had the Hooker header on mine and they didn't leak before I took it all apart. They have been on my car since I put the 429 in it in 1986.

I put the hooker headers on my '73 in 2004. They are 3 pieces per side and I don't like the way they hang way to low but, they don't leak.

Crites performance makes some, but they are just like the hookers. At one time hedman made a set in there husler brand. They were all one piece and fit really nice. Hope that helps.
