Help ID a old car

this Is a old car i found when i was younger way down in a old pit...forgotten..lost...i went back down there one day..just too see if anything was left..and it looked like no one been there sence i was....had a little mini bike i decided to use as a pack mule and got these parts out...much more of it down there..going to bring the cam with me next time..and document it a bit better....soooo from the vid..what do you think? i know not much to go on yet...but i was thinkin possible dodge?..lol http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWWxVVGRxxk

Ya...Know kidding!!..lol....Im hoping to find one badge...Maybe a dodge brothers or somthing to ID it....Heck mite be a chev....I found the gas tank...rusty hole in it...but the gas cap has a built in fuel gage...so you had to go out and look at your gas cap too read how much fuel you had left...lol

Those hood slats oughta be the giveaway.
Unfortunately I'm not fluent in that sort of vintage identification-ese.

YA i was thinkin the same thing....I ask my dad down to see if he could guess..He had a few model t's and A's..and he told me..Well its not a ford...He thought it was a dodge maybe too..But...mmmm ,,Mite have to find a vintage car forum ...But thought..heck..Some one on here mite know what it is..lol

Lmao!! Ya..thanks for the help don!! {grins} I know there was so many auto manufacturers at the time...Hard to say just from a fender and the hood..But i was hoping the hood fins would give it away...ill have to hit up some vintage auto guys im sure if i dont find a name brand on it soon..lol

Actually the hood vent fins tell a lot. Almost all of the cars from that era had fins that were uniform length and ran all the way down from front to the rear of the hood. On your find the are only 4, they are not uniform length and they begin more than halfway back on the hood following the fender lines.

Also, the fenders are kind of wide. Whatever the car is it appears to have had some style.

I think you should restore it.
Btw, it's not a Dogde Brothers based on what I can tell.
