Heater hose routing
On the firewall where the heater core is coming out i have 2 lines, one on the left and one on the right. The one on the right has the heater vacuum control valve on it.

Which hose goes where. I have one port on the intake and one on the water pump. Here are my pics. The ports on the firewall, i going to refer to them as the left port and right port.

See if this thread helps you out:

I cant tell in the diagram presented.

"Do it once, do it right!"
On my '71 Grandé the hose (right) with the vacuum switch goes to the pump.
When I went to check this out got a good look at Venus and Jupiter in the western sky.

Thanks for checking that out. So that would mean that the port on the pump is the pressure side and goes to the right port and the left port on the firewall is the return that goes back into the intake?

"Do it once, do it right!"
Intake is pressure (hot) side, water pump is return.
