#1
Olie are these what you are looking for. According to my NPD catalog these are the headlght doors. Or are you looking for the headlight bulb reatiner ring. If you are looking for the retainer ring NPD has new ones Patr #13015-1A for $7.50ea or original part# 13015-1 for $25.18 ea.
If it is the doors let PM me with your info and I will send them.

I've seen them called headlight bezels and headlight trim. They are, from what I know, a 73 part only. The standard coupes got the shinny ones, while the Machs were blacked with a little band of shinny. I'm keeping a fair pair for my resto, but happen to have found a driver's side one that I picked up years ago that is NOS in original box. Box is a little dusty. Actual part shows exceptional. Part number on box is 73D1976 D3ZZ 13064D.

Send me a pm if you want this one.

i appreciate the offer again rodger but i will take the ones off of ebay and just paint them myself.

however i did learn that mach 1's have them blacked out from the factory and the coupes have them alumium looking. i always thought people did that themselves for looks. when my dad got the car they weren't there so i'm assuming now my dad took them off a coupe.

i just learned something new about 73's now. i will be stratching up mine so i can paint the inside of them GOLD and leave the outter part silver. (can't have much black on he car with a red and gold car) grill will be painted gold as well

That's great. A little bit of creative taping and you should be good to go.

Here's what they look like front on in a stocker...

I am going to check this out in eBay. I was amazed in its features. I am planning to install other kind of headlights but I need to make sure if this is compatible with my car.
