Gotta love those Southern cars!
1st look under the carpet in 43 years.

After having dealt with rusty Mustangs, its so nice to be working on a clean, and untouched original car. Along with a handful of unused screws and an empty Beechnut Gum package (no doubt from an assembly line worker), I found clean and dry original underlayment and jute.

How to buy a '71-73 Mustang:
Rule #1: Assume all classic car sellers are guilty until proven innocent.
Rule #2: No classic car dealer is ever innocent; thus, they are all guilty.
Rule #3: Buy from trustworthy people: Fellow forum members. Visit 7173Mustang's For Sale forum.

I am so envious!!!

Actually, my 73 was a Texas transplant to WNY and in pretty decent shape, but that photo is an example of outstanding condition!!!
Mate, I'd buy the car based on that one photo!

Definitely something nice to find..

I was shocked pulling back my carpet.. Car spent it's life here on the Michigan roads. Floors are clean front to back.
