Got my 2014 Sponsorship package from Meguiars today!
#1
I reached out to Meguiar's Car Products last year regarding a possible sponsorship for my Mach. They were the first sponsorship I recieved and fortunately I got accepted for another year....not bad for getting all this for free. It never hurts to reach out to big corporations regarding things you may be in need of. I'm blessed to have seven sponsorships now after countless emails...If you need any help, feel free to reach out to me. I will be posting a new thread in the next few days regarding a contest I'll have to Pay it Forward for some items I got, so be on the look out for that.

They give you any of their window cleaner? It's one of their only products I haven't used yet

Cool. Meguiars products are my favorites. I use their products on all of our cars. The only thing that disapoints me is their plastic bottles are brittle. I've broken two of the leather cleaner bottles and one of the interior protectant bottles.

They are great products. But ya, I know what you mean. There have been a few times where I have had a bottle sitting on the cement while washing the car and its been knocked over, just right, where it cracks the bottle and starts leaking out...But not too big of a deal. They're quality is second to none. (In my opinion)

To be honest, I just started looking up all of the company's that I use on my car, whether it's parts, cleaner, etc. And then would email those companys. Some have dedicated links on there website for sponsorships, and others who don't I email their marketing department. That department usually has that kind of control and access to things, and I promise to advertise for them at the car shows I do in exchange for parts...and what I did in order to keep my car clean and not have decals wearing on the paint and getting baked in, is design a couple of those magnetic door signs that you usually see construction trucks have on the outside of their door panel and put the decals on that. So it doesn't harm the car and is very visible at the shows. Mine are all black with the number 72 in the middle (year of the car) and I just placed the decals I received around it. I will upload a photo later if you like to explain better. But its been great and it has helped me save ALOT of money.
