i'm jealous!!! i'm doing the same thing! i think i'm going to do the same and just buy vintage venom's adapting brackets, spacers, and wheel studs before my surgery and just purchase those parts from rockauto.com just like you did.

i'm going to have to take note of your last post to remember all the part numbers. i think the oil difference is i have a 31 spline axle with small bearing and you prolly got 28 spline with small bearing axles.

i believe the whole kit from vintage venom is like 1450 plus shipping.

Thanks Guy's..Can't wait to get this stuff on the Car !... X I didn't go with the vintage kit & it's 1639.00 with shipping I don't see the brake pads or any bearings in his kit...I did mine for a tad under $1250.00 With ceramic pads , all new bearings, seals frt & rear, including shipping ! The only thing I don't have is the brake lines & wheel studs..I wanted to be able to choose my brake lines & not get the generic rubber ones in his kit..Plus his kit pushes the wheel track out a inch frt & rear..The sot kit retains the stock wheel track..I think I did better plus I can custom tailor my plumbing install..$1250 is better than 1639.00 ! With the money I saved I can buy the ss lines & alum master cylinder..If you need part #'s let me know Yes I have the small bearing rear with 28 splines

scott,

i believe street or track's kit requires a special hat'd rotor to so you can still use vintage back spacing wheels. thats why i didnt want his kit because he uses special rotors he makes but the rear is the same i believe.

i could be missing something though, and if i am i might be going the same route as you are. let me know if i'm missing something. if he has a bracket kit that'll allow you to use the factory 04 cobra rotor on his kit that'll i'm going to basically copy you. please let me know. thanks

Olie..the only thing I bought from him as far as the brakes go is the 04 cobra bracket kit..I bought the rotors off ebay & they are stock spec( except for the slots & cross drilling) rotors..Maybe you were looking at a different kit he makes? Everything else is stock 04 cobra as per his kit specs..You should order the brackets since he has them on sale this month.
