Front sway bar bracket fitment issue
#1
Good evening

I am trying to install a 1" addco front sway bar.  The bracket holes are too far apart to fit the stock holes in the frame.  The holes on the bracket do not appear to be able to be made closer to match the frame holes.   How have you solved this issue? Pictures appreciated.

Thank you
Z

I have to think back a bit, but if I remember, I had to file, slot, the holes as well. I used a 1 1/8" bar and with the corresponding bracket, I was not surprised I had to adjust to fit.
Hope that helps. I don't have pictures of mine, but if you can take a pic of yours, it might give a better idea of the issue.
Geoff.
