Fixed rear seat trim Question

is the top and side trim for a fixed rear seat the same on a fastback and a coupe?

I don't know exactly what you mean by trim, but as far as I can tell on both my cars, anything behind the front seats/door panels is different.

73 modified Grandé 351C. Almost done.

Maybe "trim" is the wrong word. There is a piece on each side that covers the space between the sides of the seatback so you cant see into the trunk and also 2 pieces along the top near the top of the seatback between the top of the seat back and the package tray. There are 4 pieces total and they are metal................

OK, that makes sense, but the parts are completely different.
