Found a nice site for double wall stainless tips:

I just gotta figure out what size I need! I want to go with 3 inch outlet...

Post some pics to help with inspiration!

I have 2.25 inch tips on mine and I always thought they looked way too small.

It would appear from the spec that both 3.5" and 4" would fit the 2.25" inlet. There would be little difference from 3.5 to 3 visually...

My thought is I would like a longer version that would cover more pipe underneath. Even 7" on the 4" model does not seem like much...

Yeah, I have a 3.5 inch outlet on my Cobalt SS and it seems pretty big. I'd be more comfortable with 3"

There are several choices on the Summit site that you can choose from. I'm using the Cherry Bomb single wall, stainless, slash cut as they are close to OEM except they are 2.5 inch inlet.

Proportionately those look about right. You don't want to look like a tuner. Big Grin
