Distributor rebuild...
Things are a little slow on the site... thought I would throw in a few shots of my correct, date coded to the car distributor rebuild as part of for my recent 429cj engine rebuild.

Nothing special here, just a complete going through of the distributor, the addition of a refurbished advance unit and in lieu of points, I opted for a Pertronix Ignitor set up. Hard to see in the one shot, but it is the letters "NA" behind the cap hold down clamp, which is correct for the '71 429cj with a C-6 Mustang...

Looks great, another piece of the puzzle done. I take it you blasted the housing and cleared it then, also is that a NOS cap on top? Great work and looking forward to seeing the car when you've finished.
Extremely nice and I haven't seen a better looking cast aluminum paint.
