Detailing Trick
#1
You may already know the trick but if you don't here it is. Use bamboo sticks (skewers work great) to clean out cracks, crevices and around lettering. They do not scratch the paint and work like a charm.

It saved me hours of cleaning right after I brought my Mach home. It had 9 years of dirt and grime in every crack and crevice on the car. I keep them in my car show kit and I have given more away then I have ever used.

It is inexcusable for scientists to torture animals; let them make their experiments on journalists and politicians.

I use BBQ skewers. They have a point on one end. You can get them just about anywhere that sells BBQ equipment.

I use McGuires Detailer. I have tried other brands but I like this one the best. I also use the McGuire's Professional Vinyl/Rubber cleaner for interiors. That stuff works great. I also use it on tires in a pinch. It leaves a nice semi-gloss finish.

For the tires I use Westley's Bleche White and a scrub brush to get them clean and Kawasaki spray polish to get the "new" tire look I like. I stumbled asross the spray polish by accident.

I use Westley's also when needed works well on the white lettering. I will have to try the spray polish. Always looking for something better.
