What do you all think about these wheels and tires? Are these a good brand?

Don't know about the brand but that's about the going price for a tire & wheel combo... If your just looking for wheels & might do better on your own for tires this is about the best pricing you will find on the bullet wheels

Low buck, touring style, '73 Convertible "rolling restoration", 351c, 2v heads with a shave and a haircut, Performer intake, Holley 650(ish), roller rockers, screw in studs, guideplates, stainless valves, Duraspark / Motorsports MSD, T-5 conversion. 1-1/8" front, 3/4" rear swaybars KYB shocks and some home brewed subframe connectors. Future plans; JGC steering box, Cobra brakes and... paint, interior, etc.

When I die I want to die like grandpa, peacefully in my sleep... not screaming, like his passenger.

Big plus is the backspacing is apparently correct for our cars. I need to get spacers to make the '01 GT bullitt wheels fit right.

The 17" rim should improve handling on the road course. Personally I'd like to see a little wider tire.

No doubt they would look great on your car.
