bored on ebay
#1
So I was in class tonight and bored as hell "learning" about criminal evidence. Decided it would be nice if I had a nice coupe to add to mine, a nice convertible and a nice fastback. So I trolled ebay for a bit and this is what I came up with. Here is a coupe that could be pretty nice in the right hands and if restored properly. Notice it is one of two built like it.

Here is a nice convertible that doesn't seem to need anything. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Mustang-Con...ars_Trucks

And here is a pretty run of the mill Mach 1, I like the color combo, except the Mach 1 badging is black, looks odd with argent striping to me. The blue interior even looks ok, probably better in black though. I also like how the grille is painted all black, makes the lights and pony look like they are floating.

Just thought I would share my findings, have a good night everyone! Cool

+1 That thing is cool. The fact it has the original quadrajet is awesome.

Yeah, it has a lot of bonus yummies, I've had three coupes and its not that I don't like them, I just couldn't get into them. But that bad boy would be a great car to full tilt restore.

That coupe IS rough, but I concur - it's definitely worth more attention than the nice but hack-jobesqe Mach 1, if only because the coupe is a J-code.

Rule #1: Assume all classic car sellers are guilty until proven innocent.
Rule #2: No classic car dealer is ever innocent; thus, they are all guilty.

Yes I agree, rough, but doable. Wish I had the money for it, my current coupe is on hold though do to other bills (which I have no interest in paying, but am going to anyway). Maybe someone here could buy it and post up a lot of pics like you do Kurt!
