well, i'll try this again... i have owned my 73 vert for 3 years now and it has been an amazing car to drive. the car was restored for me by the men of the Mission of Hope in west Mobile, Alabama. It is an alcohol and drug rehabilitation center supported by the local churches in the area. My family has worked with and supported the Mission for 42 years. i am going to try again to submit pictures of my car for your consideration...thanks...ron

That's a great story. As a fellow 73 drop top owner I will be happy to vote for you. But first let's see some pics. Wink

Same here I will vote just because of what you do to help others. I lost a daughter to kidney failure partly because of alcohol and part to the fumes from doing nails for 20+ years without a vent system.
Would like to see pictures, I have 2 73 verts.

Thanks for all the kind words. Just wanted to let everyone know I just came back from Cruzin the Coast in Biloxi Mississippi. One of the country's greatest car show. Had a wonderful time and saw somw amazing rides! Met a gentleman from Oklahoma who drove his 36 Auburn boattail speedster down for the show. His neighbor also drove his 36 Auburn down. between the two of them they own 5 Auburn boattails. I'm guessing that's most of the Auburns left. Anyway, had a great time. Anyone who can plan to come down in the second week of October next year. Great weather, good people, and a big traffic jam!
