Applebees has always been very supportive of Veterans. Not only do veterans eat free at Applebees on Veterans day, (over 1 million free meals to vets and active duty last year), they also donate to many veteran causes.

Another company that is walking the talk when it comes to supporting Veterans is Walmarts. Their goal is to hire over 100,000 Vets this year and they've promised that if a Vet needs a job they'll find them one.

LOL, but it only applies to Vets who have gotten out of the service within the last 12 months.
