Anyone know of a 17" wheel that will accept dog dish caps?
#1
I'm trying to find a way to run my Poverty caps on a 17" wheel, I want to have a modern tire and improved performance, but still keep the feel of the 15" wheels I have. I've emailed a few companies that do custom steel wheels, they'll widen my wheels but cant recenter them into a larger diameter. I've never seen a wheel that is designed to run a large center cap that is bigger then a 15. Anyone out there have any ideas?

Look at Wheel Vintiques

Jeff T.

Low buck, touring style, '73 Convertible "rolling restoration", 351c, 2v heads with a shave and a haircut, Performer intake, Holley 650(ish), roller rockers, screw in studs, guideplates, stainless valves, Duraspark / Motorsports MSD, T-5 conversion. 1-1/8" front, 3/4" rear swaybars KYB shocks and some home brewed subframe connectors. Future plans; JGC steering box, Cobra brakes and... paint, interior, etc.

When I die I want to die like grandpa, peacefully in my sleep... not screaming, like his passenger.
