We're in good shape! Our server can probably handle several thousand before we need to upgrade to VPS or dedicated service. There may be a few "too many connections" errors here or there, but that is normal for the type of server we have right now. It gets the job done and is nice and fast! As far as the software, we are 100% up to date and secure with multiple daily back ups! I did have to turn on the redirect boxes in order to throttle the page loads back a bit...I think some of those errors were caused by the server being faster than the database could keep up with! But, we should be good for a while!
