Hi, Great site. I took a picture of my h.s. picture in 87(I will scan later). I met my late wife in h.s. & in 91 I tore it apart hoping to do what we all see in our heads. lack of money & kids put it on hold. I moved it & all the pieces to 4 different houses. I always wanted it silver & black. In 2005 the orig owners daughter & family contacted me hoping to buy it as he (her dad) was a firefighter killed in action & he loved the car. My wife & I descided we would not sell it because we had alot of memories in it also. Both parties insisted on red & black. In 2007 my wife was killed in an auto accident. With her insurance money I decided to put it into the car. The silver & black idea was over(orig. blue). Anyway after 20 years it is back on the road & although I made it nicer than intended it will be driven daily. Tony

I was sorry to hear about your wife, BUT it sounds as if you have some GREAT memories.

As mentioned by a couple of others - - very nice tribute with what you have done with your Mustang.

THANKS for sharing!
