73 AM radio wires

any body know which ones are pos neg and speakers

'73 Grandé H Code. Headman long tube headers, T-5 Transmission, 3.70 Traclok, Lowered 1" all around, Aussie 2v heads w/ 2.19 intake, 1.71 exhaust, screw in studs, full roller cam 608/612 lift 280/281 duration LSA 112, Quick Fuel 750 CFM double pumper, AirGap intake.

'73 F code convertible. Bright red. Needs total restore. (IE HOT MESS)

/Thanks Jason i found the speaker ones but cant find the green one ..but knowing green it could be ground

The radio gets it's ground through the radio case. White with purple stripe is the power wire, light blue with red stripe is for the light.

Thanks Don I should have said this at first theirs a yellow and light green and two black wires here..and the radio light wire still confused about this ..what I have to figer out is which one (Yellow) or light green is power..ill go outside and look again at this

Those colors don't match the wiring diagrams. Are you sure it is the original radio?

Speaker has + and - sides. You can pretty much bet that the male pin on that plug is the - side.

It appears that that wire has been shorted somehow, as it is somewhat "crispy".

Let me check your shorts!
