I love the color. When I had my Mach 1 I was going to repaint it silver and black. I even painted a small model that color scheme. Looks like you have a winner!

Nice looking Mach 1. I don't usually like black insets on the wheels but they look good on your car.

Nice!!!!
Those silver and black Mustangs really start to grow on me. They look sleeker than the others.
And we seem to have he same taste in rims! Wink

Thanks for the comments guys, its taken a while to get her in shape and there's still lots more to do. It's difficult to get parts here in South Africa and shipping from the US is extremely costly, but she's worth every cent Smile

Added a pic of her before restoration... Check it out on the images tab.

Thanks Mike. It's been restored to its original factory spec color, which is light pewter metallic. So numbers are matching now.

Well in that case, you were lucky that your car originally came in a cool color. Mine will never go back to its original "Medium Brown Metallic" Sad

Those black rims look great on your car. Lucky you that your original color was Light Pewter. Mine was green, which was ok, but the avacado interior was a definite no no for me.
