Tough to find a good one at this point. Check with O'Reilly's auto parts. About $200.00 new. Made by the company that used to be Modine radiator. Recoring has become stupid expensive, $400+.

Alan, I bought an aluminum universal from Jegs. It fits real nice but does not have a trans cooler. I added an auxiliary trans cooler in front of the radiator.

Jeff T.

Low buck, touring style, '73 Convertible "rolling restoration", 351c, 2v heads with a shave and a haircut, Performer intake, Holley 650(ish), roller rockers, screw in studs, guideplates, stainless valves, Duraspark / Motorsports MSD, T-5 conversion. 1-1/8" front, 3/4" rear swaybars KYB shocks and some home brewed subframe connectors. Future plans; JGC steering box, Cobra brakes and... paint, interior, etc.

When I die I want to die like grandpa, peacefully in my sleep... not screaming, like his passenger.

I hear ya Chuck. Just inquired about a new radiator and was told none available and only re-core is my option unless I wanted to pay for the high cost of shipping. Angry To have it re-cored will cost more than a new radiator and I was told it's because of the high cost of material used. High cost of everything sux!

I didn't know radiators came with built-in trans coolers Huh Huh, gotta look that up. I did the same, but if I had known, I would've gotten the all in one.

Found an aluminum replacement with trans cooler built in. The only difference is cooler line 6" apart instead of 8". They wanted $450 to recore the old one, and the new one is $265. Original not availible and no longer produced per 3-different sources.

I bought an aluminum one from summit with the trans cooler. went in pretty easy. I got braided stainless steel lines made at the local hydraulics shop for the transmission lines. here is the link.
