Nice Looking car, but if it has the lower bright moldings of the décor group, it should not have the stripes. But I do like the dog dish hubcaps!!

If it is a sportsroof did you not have to get the decor group to get the side stripe in 72 & 73? What year is it?

When a man is in the woods and talks and no women are there is he still wrong??

Ad for car would not open for me on forum, Did find it on my I Phone.
This looks to be one well equipped original car. Is a M code 71 Mach 1. Has PS, AC, AT, PB, rear defrost, deluxe belts (with driver side belt lamp), park brake warning lamp (part of convenience group), instrumentation group, deluxe Vermillion Mach 1 interior, and full length console. Appearance of trim rings indicates it has rare 15 X 7" wheels.
Color code V is light Pewter Metallic. The Boss style stripes, while an option on the Mach 1, appear to have been added since the lower molding that is above the lower accent color are present. The Boss style stripe was an option on the 72-73 base coupe and vert in conjunction with the Decor group option. Factory twist style hood locks have also been added and the original non Ram Air cleaner is still in place.
This appears to be a original, unrestored, well equipped  Mach 1. Nothing hiding under gleaming like diamonds shiny paint under perfectly placed showroom lighting.
Asking $17,500.00 and appears to be worth it. There are no undercarriage photos so would still need a little closer look and to figure out where the Mach 1 fender decals went!.
If I could figure out how to sneak this one into the yard without my Wife noticing .... whistling

Steve

No Officer...I really don't know how fast I was going, my speedometer stopped at 140!

It's time for you to build an underground garage with a secret door......

This reminds me of a cigar lounge encounter from a trip I took to Havana years ago. Saw a well-dressed husband and wife smoking cigars in the lounge. They were of color, and I didn't say African-American because after speaking with them it turns out they were from the Bahamas. I don't know what to say nowadays to describe people that won't potentially offend hundreds of other people. So I said to him, my wife hates my occasional cigar smoking. How do you get away with it, as well as your wife smoking one of her own cigars? He said, it's easy, I got a different wife. LOL
