69 torino cobra

wow! thought i was the only old car guy in the nieghborhood. a few blocks over sits a 69 torino with a script on the rear which says cobra.it's in the driveway and has expired montana plates. it's kinda rough. cubic inch badges missing from factory hoodscoop. r code 428 possibility? this next week i'll give a knock on the door and get info and a pic to post.

MAN I HAVENT SEEN ONE OF THOSE FOREVER. I HAD ONE 69 TORINO COBRA 428 SCJ AUTOMATIC. WASNT MUCH OFF THE LINE BUT FROM 35 MPH UP HOLY COW WHAT A RUSH. THINK I HAVE A PIC SOMEWHERE.

Ya, pics would be cool. A friend of the family had one with the Starsky and Hutch treatment, and another friend had an avacado green one. Both had some serious power.
