How about this idea...

We get 350 members to send me $10 each. I will buy the heads and put them on my new engine.

In exchange, I will detail every aspect of the head:

Fitment
Compatibility
Performance

If I like them, I will have a raffle my iron 4V heads(virgin pedestals) to the donor members.

If I don't like them, I will raffle the new heads to the donor members.

Interesting idea, James, but I'm out. Tongue

CHI also makes a set with Jon Kaase designed CNC ports. Nice stuff but pricey.

The exchange rate from US to AUS brings it to only $3580.00

Low buck, touring style, '73 Convertible "rolling restoration", 351c, 2v heads with a shave and a haircut, Performer intake, Holley 650(ish), roller rockers, screw in studs, guideplates, stainless valves, Duraspark / Motorsports MSD, T-5 conversion. 1-1/8" front, 3/4" rear swaybars KYB shocks and some home brewed subframe connectors. Future plans; JGC steering box, Cobra brakes and... paint, interior, etc.

When I die I want to die like grandpa, peacefully in my sleep... not screaming, like his passenger.

I like how they kept the 4 in the corner of the heads where the old iron heads had them.

Yeah, he was trying to give them a stock engine appearance.
