Hello all, I am converting my 351c equipped 73 to a 460 and am a little stumped on what to do with the power steering mount situation.
Has anyone done this swap and run into this question? Would it be easier to switch to a saginaw pump (429/460 brackets are more readily available it seems)?
Any advice is appreciated!

Converting to mild 460 and 4 speed overdrive toploader (in progress).

Bowtie,
I was able to obtain a set of P/S brackets & pulleys from a late 70's pick up with a 460 for my installation. This set up bolted right up and I used the original 351C pump.
Thanks, Jay

I used the early 70's style bracket for the Ford pump on my 73 Mustang.

Or you can use any number of aftermarket brackets for the saginaw pump.
73 conv. 460, D0VE large valve heads, Performer RPM manifold, Voodoo 227/233 cam, Holley 950 HP carb, C6 trans, 3.25 trak-loc.
