Very cool, I'm jealous! These were the trucks that were around when I was a kid! I took several pictures of one at the Fathers Day show in 2011 here in Warrrenton Virginia! Looks a lot like yours, but I did not get the year. It has a hat and coin changer sitting in it too. It was in the show, but he was also selling ice cream out of it! Did you buy it from Virginia?

If I saw that ice cream truck, I would certainly buy ice cream from it.

How could anyone resist? Didn't everyone eat their first BOMB POP from one of these trucks?

We bought ours out of Salt Lake City and is in great shape. We have filled it with Good Humor Ice Cream and have been selling for fun for a couple of weeks. Most of us our age remember these and we get pulled over because someone just has to have a chocolate eclair or Rocket Bomb Pop!!

Thanks from MotorCity Mustang!
