Nice project.

Jeff T.

Low buck, touring style, '73 Convertible "rolling restoration", 351c, 2v heads with a shave and a haircut, Performer intake, Holley 650(ish), roller rockers, screw in studs, guideplates, stainless valves, Duraspark / Motorsports MSD, T-5 conversion. 1-1/8" front, 3/4" rear swaybars KYB shocks and some home brewed subframe connectors. Future plans; JGC steering box, Cobra brakes and... paint, interior, etc.

When I die I want to die like grandpa, peacefully in my sleep... not screaming, like his passenger.

Mine use to have a trailer hitch too. I had a 14 foot ski boat I use to tow back in the 70's with my 73.

Yeah, it was a Montgomery Wards Sea King. It had four seats, steering wheel and all. I forgot what the horsepower was, but it was great for pulling one skier. The 250 6 cyl in my 73 convert had great torque for towing it. The next boat was too big to tow with the Mustang so I bought a 73 Dodge Tradesman 1 ton Super Van with the shag carpet, bed, icebox etc, to tow the boat and go camping in. Those were the days!
