Ad says new carpet but sure looks to be wrong color - might be my computer monitor.
Nees seat upholstery, add mini console and correct round, black shifter knob. Place speakers in holes -not preferred but ok while looking for decent inner panels which could take some time. Sell or trade wheels for correct Magnums or whatever config Marti might disclose.
Paint would need a very close inspection. Sure looks to need paint to make really nice but tough to tell with dark pictures. Car could have used a wash before taking for sale pics... Lower body argent paint looks to be applied wrong and without pinstripe.
No under hood or inside trunk pics?

That's a very old restoration with single-stage paint that is heavily faded. Carpet was probably replaced because the cowl leaks.

Caveat emptor.
