1972 Ford Mustang - FLAWLESS!!! - $22900 (Graham, NC)

Ok, it maybe flawless, but, I the asking price is a bit steep. It just tickles me with the state "frame-off restoration"! Really what part do ya'll remove?
Anyway.

Then it's a "subframe-off restoration"? Wink Too much personalization, and you never get your money out of those when a car is sold unless it's super rare otherwise. Doesn't want low ball offers, but I'd have to imagine it will need to come down close to another $10K in order to move. This one was posted before I believe, and the Sam Bass association isn't likely to increase the price.

Asking $22,900 and no engine pics. Way over priced for a Coupe.

"Flawless" means different things to different people. As '72 Mustang hardtops go to the purists, this is far from flawless. To the restomod guys, it might be close to flawless (as in no rust, nice paint, etc.), but unless a guy wants that exact car, it's not flawless (something's going to get changed on Day Two).

It's a nice enough car, but not worth $23K, IMHO... I don't care who owned it at some point in its life. The market value for a modified coupe is just not there (an MCA Thoroughbred example, sure - this one, not so much).

For a custom, the seats are a nice touch but that was all I personally liked about the car. IMHO far from flawless.
