I looked into to this many yers ago. IIRC, 60 MPH should produce about .07 PSI so, nothing measurable. Much more gain from using a larger high flow air cleaner. However, If the intake air temps are significantly cooler there is an advantage. Again IIC, every 11 degrees F is about a 1 % increase in power. Chuck
